Summary: Harry decides to let his Gryffindor self take over.

Harry took his morning tea out to the terrace and sat down looking out at the ocean. Taking a large sip, he let out an exasperated sigh as he saw the figure approaching along the shoreline.

"How is a wizard supposed to enjoy a leisurely cup of tea to start his day when he has to look at that?" Harry thought aloud. He let out a groan and adjusted himself in his chair, taking a big gulp of tea to wet his suddenly dry mouth.

That was Draco Malfoy, out for his morning run, shirtless and wearing trousers that left very little to the imagination. And yet Harry's imagination was working overtime.

He had realized months ago that he had, somewhere along the way, developed feelings for his former school rival. Now that they were both away on a Ministry retreat, he was spending all day with the man. Bad enough that he had to spend hours in close proximity throughout the day, this early morning ritual was making him positively ready to pounce on the other man without warning.

How was he supposed to concentrate anyway? They had been there for three days already, and had three more to go. In their workshops, Harry kept glancing over at Draco, his mind wandering to the blonde's delicious abs and imagining what lay just beneath the trousers. He had tried to focus, but his pent up frustration made it nearly impossible.

As Draco ran past, he waved and called, "Morning, Harry!" as if he hadn't a care in the world. Harry's pants tightened in response. "Shit!" he swore, adjusting himself with no relief. He had been hard for the better part of three days straight, and as he watched the other man's gorgeous arse jog off into the distance, he lamented the fact that today wasn't shaping up to be any better. Despite a wank in his shower each morning, and another each night in bed, he was left feeling unsatisfied, as if he had had no release at all. And he had dreamt about Draco every night since arriving, waking up wanting, only to start the cycle again.

He went inside to get another cup of tea - really, he needed something stronger - only to find the task of walking in his current condition to be a difficult one at best. Sitting once again on the terrace, Harry thought back to the past two years since he and Draco had both joined the Ministry and had, somewhat tentatively at first, become friends. He knew that Draco was gay, but had no indication whether he was or ever would be interested in Harry.

As he saw Draco approaching again on his way back, Harry made up his mind. He hadn't been sorted into Gryffindor for nothing. He was going to stop thinking about it and just do something. Otherwise he was afraid that he was going to explode in the middle of one of the sessions today - literally.

Putting his tea down, he made his way down to the beach to meet Draco, blocking his usual path.

"What's up, Potter?" Draco asked, continuing to jog on the spot, the muscles on his chest and abdomen glistening with sweat and looking positively lickable.

"This," Harry said, pulling the other man into a searing kiss, and pressing his equally scantily-clad body against Draco's, making it perfectly clear exactly which part of Harry was up.

Draco had stopped jogging and brought his arms around Harry, pressing his own body closer to Harry's. Both men let out a groan at the contact.

Harry had lost no time taking advantage of Draco's parted lips, pressing his tongue into the other man's welcoming mouth. Draco's tongue matched his own, exploring Harry's mouth as he let out soft mewling sounds, as though nothing had ever tasted so good. Harry was convinced that nothing ever had.

Soon they found themselves on the sand, water lapping up over their joined forms, cooling Harry off just enough to bring him back to the present, where they were and what they were doing. He reluctantly broke off the kiss to look into Draco's face. "What are you looking so smug about?" Harry asked the smirking blonde.

"Victory, Potter."

"What?" Harry asked, confused.

"I won. Finally. It's taken me months, but at long last victory is mine." He wiggled his hips and pulled Harry closer.

Perplexed, Harry looked down at twinkling grey eyes. "What exactly have you won, Malfoy?"

Smirking more broadly, Draco grabbed the back of Harry's neck to pull his lips within a breath of his own, and whispered against his mouth.

"You."
