1. Harry's To-Do List; Prompt: Do or Don't (14A)

Harry had decided that relenting to Hermione's pestering was the best course of action. After all, he had enough battles to fight. So, that's how Harry's "to-do" list came to be. Well, really it was more of a "to-don't" list, but Harry (the ever-efficient rule breaker) viewed it more like a set of challenges.

1. Don't sneak out of the dorm.

2. Don't piss off Snape.

3. Don't fuck up Voldemort's plans - again.

4. Don't fuck Malfoy.

Skimming over the list, he realized that he left out the word "with" on number four. Or maybe ...


2. Sleepless Nights; Prompt: Sleepless Nights (3 drabbles)

Part B of "Favourite Season" 

Well, it has been months now. Three long months since Draco had started spying for the Order. He had succeeded in getting them information on one of the two remaining horcruxes, but there was still one eluding them.

Tonight, when Harry goes to meet up with him, he is going to tell Draco to pack it in. It isn’t worth the risk. He is too vulnerable there, and Harry won’t be able to live with himself if anything horrible happens to him. Well ... anything more horrible than living with Voldemort and a bunch of Death Eaters. Tonight is the end.

As Harry approaches their meeting place – an abandoned shack in the country – he is replaying his speech in his head. He remembers how adamant Draco had been about playing his part in the war. He had insisted that he no longer wanted to hide away. He was done with watching others.

Harry, on the other hand, has not been able to relax properly since he left. Their few moments together, when they met to exchange information, had done nothing to still his fears.

Draco appears at the entrance with a smile on his face, and a twinkle in his eyes.

His speech momentarily forgotten, Harry takes Draco in his arms for the first time in weeks. "I missed you."

"I missed you too," comes the reply. They kiss briefly, before Draco pulls away. "So … aren’t you going to ask me why I’m so happy?"

"Because you’re glad to see me?" Harry asks. "Wait - did you find out what it is?"

"I did one better. I have it right here," and he hands Harry a box. Inside it is a crystal ball.

"So that’s it then? You’re coming home?"

"I’m coming home."

There will be no more sleepless nights.

 3. Time for a Break; Prompts: Break

"I think we need to take a break."

"A break from what?"

"A break from us."

"But why? Aren't you happy?"

"Of course I am, but -- "

"But what?"

"This article -- "

"Give me that!"

"It says -- "

"I can read, thank you."

"Sorry."

"What is this drivel?"

"It's Ginny's. It says if you -- "

"Whose magazine?"

"Ginny's."

"You really are too trusting. You know that, right?"

"What do you mean?"

*waves wand*

"The she-weasel transfigured the quiz."

"You mean we don't need to take a break?"

"No."

"Oh. Well good."

"I'll give her a break."

 4. The Luckiest Men in the World; Prompt: Luck (2 drabbles)

I look across the room at the man that, one week ago, agreed to be my husband. I know I have a sappy look on my face, but I can't help it. Whenever he is in close proximity, he demands my attention, even if he's not aware of it. I love him so much it almost hurts.

He gives me strength. He always pushes me to fight the good fight, even if it's with him. I wonder every day what I did to deserve his love.

Now that he said yes, I'm sure I'm the luckiest man in the world.

I can sense him watching me across the room. He's been doing that all week - ever since I said I'd marry him. No, that's not right. He's been staring at me for years. After all, he really does wear his heart on his sleeve. Truth be told, I wouldn't want him any other way.

He is my strength, my love, my focus. He guides me to do the right thing, without even realizing it, and then rewards me with his love. I still don't know what I did to deserve it.

I am the luckiest man in the world.

 5. As Time Stood Still; Prompt: Grow

As Draco looked into Harry's face, time stood still.

They had been arguing about something trivial. Draco suddenly forgot what that something was. What was it they had been fighting about?

All he could think of now was how close Harry was to him. How strong, chiselled and absolutely gorgeous that face was. How great he smelled. How, if Draco leaned in just a little closer ...

Harry stopped his tirade abruptly, as he noticed Draco staring. Then he did the unthinkable. He kissed Draco.

Draco smiled, looking into green eyes. I think I could grow to love this man.
