A year it had been since Voldemort perished.
Harry found Draco; each other they cherished.
They talked about the good times and bad,
And laughed about all the fights they had had.
But life wasn't great for these wizards it seemed,
Around every corner a reporter's face beamed.
Their pictures were taken, alone and together,
Said Draco to Harry, "I'm at the end of my tether."
Enough was enough - how much more could they take?
Why couldn't someone just give them a break?
They decided to vanish, to go far away,
To take a vacation, to keep them at bay.
Away from all this they needed to go,
They were tired of always being the show.
No tours for them, no paparazzi around,
They needed to go somewhere peace could be found.
It took them a while to find the right place,
Somewhere warm, with a slow enough pace.
They got what they wanted - a spectacular view,
A beach, the ocean, and a hammock for two.
