"I will not be seen in public with you like that, Harry."

"Why not?"

"That's a terrible haircut."

"So what? You always say that my hair is a disgrace anyway."

"Yes, but at least it generally looks like ..." Draco's voice trailed off as he seemed to change his mind about what he was going to say.

"Like what?" Harry asked warily.

"Well, like you've just been shagged."

Harry couldn't help but laugh. "And what does that have to do with anything?"

"Well, if I must be seen with you in public with atrocious hair, the least you could do is look like you've been ... busy."

"And like you've been the one keeping me busy?"

"Exactly."

Harry burst out into laughter. "I can't believe you are so hypocritical! It's okay for me to have messy hair as long as it makes you look good?"

"There, you see? I knew you'd catch on soon enough. Go on, now. Get that hair fixed up before we go out tonight."

It was days like these Harry wondered when he'd lost control ... or if he'd ever really had it to begin with.
