Hehee... I think this is my favorite so far. Snarky little git. *snuggles him*

I know I already said it, but I just love how he explained the injustices of his first year from a Slytherin POV. I understand why Dumbledore did what he did, but I still think it would have sucked for eleven-year-olds.

Oh, definitely. Especially when all they got was the glossed-over version of events from the Headmaster. You know how stories get changed as they're passed around.

Let's see, from the Slytherin table, here's what I see: three Gryffindorks sneak out at night (breaking rules), break into an area that's forbidden (more rule breaking), bring down barriers set by teachers to protect something (akin to hacking), then Harry steals what was hidden. Suuuuure - that's worth extra house points, and the school's admiration! Oh, and they hit Neville with a curse en route out, so HE gets points for being stupid.

That's fair!

I really am enjoying each of these, but this one was even more special. I like that Draco still has resentments about Hogwarts and those early years. :)

The explanantion of the relationship he had with his parents was great and rang true.

When you feel like you've been unfairly treated throughout those teen years, I don't think you can help but harbour a bit of resentment.

I'm glad you enjoyed this one.

I think the thing I like about these the most, is it's telling Draco's side, how he felt. I really love the fact that he's still all pissy about it too. He's gonna go home all worked up and punish lucky poor Harry *g*

Heh. It's fun to tell the other side. I can only imagine how terribly unjust it all felt to the Slytherins. He's not likely the only one to feel that way, and I can picture Pansy or Blaise, or any of them really, reading this, and saying, "Yeah, that's right! Finally someone says something!"

And I suspect you're right about the potential for angry sex to ensue. *g*

Poor Draco!
God, I'm so happy that you're doing this series. It's so wonderful for me to see things from Draco's point of view. Things that I never think of... How unfair things at Hogwarts would have seemed to Draco.

Again, you're brilliant!

*dashes off to the next one*

Hee! Thanks again. I'm enjoying capturing the Slytherin pov in this series myself. And if you really think about it, Hogwarts was not fair to them.

*hugs*

I can't read these.
The print is too small and unclear on my computer. Is there any place they are posted in "normal" print?
Thanks,
Felaine

You have to click the link, which takes you to the scrapbook image. Click it again which opens in a viewer. Click it a third time to zoom in, and you should be able to read it. A pain, but alas is the way I have to read it when using the images.

If it's still a problem, I can eventually post a summary with links to all of the articles in text format instead. It'll take some work (because I don't use html coding for PhotoShop), so I won't be able to get to it until all my fest fics are done. I'll do it for all of them if need be (Ron's as well as Draco's).

Let me know if above works, because I suspect that's what everyone else is doing and I know Alaana likes larger text, and she hasn't complained.

That worked great, thanks.
I'd about decided it was just that I'm (getting) old, and all you youngins have such good sight.

Hee! I'm not THAT young, but yeah, trying to read the miniscule print that appears when only clicking it the one time is interesting. A definite headache waiting to happen.

I'm so glad that resolved the issue and you can read the articles. :o)
