Harry reached out to gently touch Draco. Harry knew he shouldn't wake him, but he was desperate to offer comfort.

"It's okay," he whispered. "I'm here for you. Everything's okay."

"Okay?" came Draco's response.

"Yes, everything will be okay. You're safe now. No one is going to hurt you. It's Harry, and I'll make sure everything is okay."

"Harry." He thought he saw Draco's face relax a little before he turned and walked back to bed. He curled up under the covers and whispered, "Safe."

Harry looked down at Draco's sleeping form, kissed him on the forehead, and promised, "Always."
