"You could be mine, you know, Harry."

"Your what, Ginny?"

"My valentine." She flashed him a smile.

"Ginny, don't."

"Don't what? Offer to give you a perfectly good cover so you don't end up on the front page of the Prophet?"

"What are you on about now?"

"I'm talking about the Valentine's dance at one of the pubs in the city. We were just talking about what to do on the 14th, and we thought it might be fun to do something as a group. But they advertise it as couples only, so you can be my date."

"But I already have a date for Valentine's Day. Draco and I are a couple now, as you very well know."

"Yes, well, what will your adoring fans think of that? I can see it splashed all over the front page of the Prophet, 'Saviour and Death Eater.' They'll have a field day!"

"What makes you think I would care about something like that?"

"Think of Draco. Imagine all the horrible things they'll say about him." Harry's heart sank. She was right. "They'll probably accuse him of Imperiusing you."

"And what does that have to do with me being your date on Valentine's Day?"

"Yes, Weasley, I'd like to know the answer to that question myself," Draco said as he entered the room, glaring daggers at Ginny.

Well, it's not that nobody likes her, really. In fact, they pretty much all do. BUT she was being unnecessarily harsh, and they'd all heard Harry's message loud and clear. They were all making the effort, and they needed to call Ginny on her antics, so they did. But there's still much love there for her.
