The initial idea was one month, Ron Weasley, for my friend Mel. She loved the idea and decided to do a cover page for each month, thereby increasing the list to 12. I hopped on for the ride, and used her list of wizards.

However, someone else commented about Cedric, and I started thinking, "What about those that are gone, but not forgotten?" And another idea bloomed.

So ... I'm thinking of doing a series of articles for fallen wizards, which would include Cedric, Sirius and Remus. But I've got loads on my plate, so it might be a little while. Keep watching here, and there's sure to be an announcement sometime in the spring about another concept. Probably around April, because I've got SIX fest fics to complete between now and April for Harry/Draco related stuff.

I had thought about them when I did my list, but, as I will be drawing George with his missing ear, it's obviously somewhat DH compliant, and well, they are dead. However, sesheta's idea of a remembrance to those who are gone, would be wonderful, and I'd be more than willing to draw these too if she'd like.

Heh. I was thinking, in the back of my little mind here, that I would suggest the idea to you ... but you're ahead of the game. Yay! I would LOVE it if you did up the art for them. I'm thinking about one 10_themes table for 10 wizards. Maybe another 10 for fallen witches. Not a whole table for each, because we'll be at this for another ten years. Eep! Or maybe 10 for those who fell during the first war (James & Lily, etc.), another 10 for those during his second rise to power (Cedric, Sirius, Dumbledore, etc.), and another 10 for those who fell during the last war. I need to figure out the logistics later.

Meanwhile ... I need to go write the next Ron installment, or I'll never get past the first table! ;)

The Longbottoms aren't dead, unless one or both of them died later on. Though it would be interesting if they were the first wizarding couple to compete in the Muggle Special Olympics. They do have some events that Frank could compete in.

Of course an idea for Neville, would be if he helped to found a summer camp for disabled witches and wizards, with some of them like his parents. It would be interesting if he also worked for the rights of the disabled, including mental disabilities in the wizarding community.
