"It's snowing!" called Harry from the kitchen.

Draco entered to see his boyfriend standing alongside three ginger-haired Weasley offspring, peering through the gaps, gazing out in wonder at the backyard. He shuffled them all aside and pulled the cord to open the blinds, so they could all get a better view.

Now they were all leaning up against the glass, looking positively excited - Harry most of all. Draco grinned and went back into the sitting room.

"They're calling for a blizzard," Hermione called out. "This'll be our first white Christmas in years!"

"You don't think that'll stop Santa coming down our chimney, do you, Uncle Harry?" Draco heard one of the Weasley boys ask.

"No, of course not," Harry assured him. "He's been flying through this stuff for many years. Remember, Santa has his own kind of magic."

Draco grinned and whispered to Hermione, "He's such a big kid himself. I wouldn't be surprised if he really did believe in Santa Claus."

"I know," she replied. "Thanks for loving him despite that."

"Are you kidding me?" Draco replied. "Sometimes I'm convinced I love him because of it!"

Ron, still getting used to the idea of Harry and Draco together, took a swig of his drink and rolled his eyes at the two of them. "Welcome to the family, mate."

I really, really wonder if Santa is immune to being struck by lightening. Srsly. :P

He casts an Impervius Charm around the sleigh to keep them 'waterproof' and a Protego Totalum spell to protect himself and the reindeer.
