Making their way back downstairs from the bedroom, where Draco had, he was assured by Harry, more than made up for his earlier outburst, Draco laughed as he pulled tinsel out of Harry's hair.
"Honestly!" he said, grinning, "this stuff gets everywhere!"
Harry looked back and smirked. "Thankfully not quite everywhere. That stuff could be painful."
Draco grimaced. How true! "So, shall we get to making the pudding for Pansy's party tonight?"
"Sure, but we still have a few more things to put up yet."
"You're kidding, right? This place couldn't be more festive if it were Santa's workshop!"
Harry grinned. "The most important decoration has yet to be put up." At Draco's confused look, Harry pulled out the mistletoe. "There's enough to hang some over all the doors in the house!"
Draco laughed. "I suppose this is the last thing you're planning to accomplish over the holidays then?"
"What do you mean?"
"I mean that we won't be able to enter a room without kissing. And since when have we ever stopped at just that?"
"Oh, I see the problem." Harry looked pensive for a minute. With a mischievous glint to his eyes, he turned back to Draco. "Ah, well, I'm willing to sacrifice the other stuff if you are!"

Date: 2007-12-23 12:11 am (UTC)Of course mistletoes are the most important decorations. How in the earth may you otherwise get kissed if you're fighting even a little bit (I guess they're still fighting a bit but cannot resist mistletoes)?
It will start with a kiss and end... Who knows...?
Oh, I just loved this, waiting for more!

Date: 2007-12-23 12:50 am (UTC)No, they're done fighting (for now). In the first of this series, Draco blew up at Harry a bit, but all is well now. ;)
