Merry Christmas Everyone!

Well, it looks like the "Start now!" votes win. As promised, I have written some Harry/Draco Christmas Drabbles for those on my f-list who requested them. I also conveniently linked each drabble with my Greatest Journal 100_prompts table, and in some cases with other challenges. *\o/*

Starting with this post, in the order the requests were received, I will be posting one drabble per day until they're all done (rather than the original intent of posting two per day for the Twelve Days of Christmas) ... have a wonderful day/week/season.

"So, we're agreed then? Christmas Eve at the Burrow with my family and Christmas Day at the Manor with yours," Harry confirmed.

"Yes, Harry," replied an exasperated Draco. "For the seventh time, we're agreed." Smiling, Draco took Harry in his arms and gave him a warm kiss.

"What's that grin for?" Harry asked.

"Believe it or not, I'm looking forward to Christmas Eve at the Burrow."

The afternoon and evening had gone very well, with gifts exchanged, children running around laughing, and a wonderful meal with the Weasley family. While they were digesting the main meal and waiting on pudding, Draco nudged Harry.

Harry cleared his throat to get everyone's attention before they disbursed. "Draco and I have an announcement to make." He looked around the table at his adoptive family, and knew they would be happy. "We're going to have a baby."

When they got home that evening, Draco turned to Harry. "You know what, Harry?"

"Hmm?"

"I can't wait until next Christmas."

"We haven't even finished this one yet!" he said, amused.

"I know, but by then our little one will be surrounded by all that love."

Harry smiled, gave him a soft kiss and pulled Draco's hand to his belly. "It already is."

awww!!!! thank you ♥! that announcement took me completely by surprise! i really like that it's harry who is pregnant because so often it's draco [and while i'm an equal opportunity mpregger, i think harry might be more amendable to the idea of having a baby].

Yay! I'm so glad you enjoyed it. And yeah, I think Harry might be more receptive, so-to-speak. Second mpreg, I think. I shocked myself :D the first time (Draco was the one pregnant in that one).

After reading all the fabulous fics in the hd_inspired fest, I might write more in my future. Maybe. ;)

Yeah, it was definitely intentional.

I'll definitely not run away screaming if the opportunity arises (perhaps *gulp* even sign up to do a fest fic in the future).

Guh! Both of those manips are so unbelievably sweet and gorgeous and just make you want to take them all in your arms and squish them!

That was wonderful fluff!I like m-preg with the Harry Potter fandom only.It is more believable in a way,with wizards and spells.

I've never so much as considered mpreg (except, I suppose, as it relates to the odd movie that has come out about it). But yeah ... with magic, spells and potions, it's not completely implausible in this fandom.
