I don't much care for milk chocolate, either. Give me the richest, darkest chocolate you can find - 75%, 80% - I love the bitter bite at the back of the throat with a really excellent super-dark chocolate. Hershey's Special Dark will do in a pinch (and is my preferred baking chocolate), but for eating out-of-hand, I want an extra-dark gourmet chocolate.
