hm... actually, you know it would be quite sneaky of Lucius if he pretended in front of Voldi and the other DEs that he still didn't have a wand when he had already got a replacement. And that would mean that his allegiances were not with the DL - and that he and Narcissa have both turned cloaks and didn't know about the other, thinking that their wife/husband would be now against them.
