I imagined that he had actually LISTENED to Hermione when she went on one of her (no doubt lengthy) discussions about baby care during her pregnancy ... and he remembered this when it mattered most. Which is the reason Harry thought it best NOT to mention it to Draco - no point acknowledging that he actually listens to Hermione. :o)
