Definitely manipulative. Definitely deserved to be called to task. The fact that her 'friends' are doing it is what's in question, since they were nasty to Draco recently too. If Harry or Draco gave her proper what-for, that would not make me feel even a remote bit sorry for her. I'd say more, but it'll be saying too much about what I'm going to say in future parts, so I'll leave it at that.
