We just decided to do a little giftee exchange, so we each brought something along (I brought some tattoos and chocolate too, but failed at getting all ten ficlets done before going).
I could gush about the little goody bags [pins, candies, chocolates], funky wigs, personalized journals, hand-knitted beer-cooler sweaters in house colours, personalized CDs with cover art based on favourite pairings, art of favourite pairings ... ooh, not to mention the food, goodies, pastries, cheeses ... I'm sure I'm forgetting something. But I won't gloat. It wouldn't be nice. ;)
