Summary: Draco gets called out of a meeting to find a surprise at Snape's lab.

Draco could hardly contain himself. The normally refined Slytherin was having difficulty maintaining a cool façade. Tonight he and Harry were going to test out one of the more kinky purchases they had made the other day, and he couldn‘t stay focussed on anything besides visions of Harry, naked and wanton on their bed.
The strategy meeting he was about to attend in ten minutes, however, wasn’t going to wait for him to get his libido in check. His erection did complicate matters, as he did not want to walk into the boardroom with a literal tent in his pants - not with the most scrupulous and in-need-of-a-good-shag woman he knew chairing the meeting. Honestly, she was a workaholic, and had the most distorted view of life. Strike that - she had no life, and was deluded enough to expect others didn‘t either. He had been quite sincere when he had suggested to her that she should get ‘out there’ occasionally. He had been under the incorrect assumption that she gave a shit what he thought. Oh, well, at least he had tried.
As he looked out his window onto the streets of London, he tried to focus on something that could bring a certain body part back to a more relaxed state. Ah, there he was - the living, breathing opposite of Viagra. A pedestrian crossing the street was wearing the most hideous clothes he had ever seen. He looked like he hadn’t washed in a week, and … there we are. Excellent! Off to the meeting.
The entire department’s complement was in attendance today, which was rare. Nobody was on business trips or vacation. Great, thought Draco. That meant a long, drawn-out meeting. They were discussing the marketing scheme for a new potion that was to be released in the summer. Unfortunately, there were a couple of things in the formula that still had to be worked out. It made a few test subjects break out in an unfortunate rash, and it tasted horrible. Draco shivered at the memory, as Snape had asked him if it was really as awful as the subjects had said. It was. In fact, it was worse. When he had told Snape that it was unequivocally the worst potion he had ever tasted, he had just barely escaped, as the ornery wizard’s hex whizzed past his ear as he ran out the laboratory door.
As the meeting wore on, Draco grew tired of the incessant repetition. Little miss kiss-ass in the corner was repeating verbatim what everyone said, in an effort to record the minutes accurately. Boss-bitch-on-wheels was a stickler for details. She was not at all flexible in this regard - there would be no short-hand, summaries, or Quick Quotes Quills used at her meetings. Oh, no!
“Excuse me,” interrupted the receptionist. “There is an emergency that Mr. Malfoy must attend. Mr. Snape has insisted that he floo over immediately to the lab - that it can’t wait.” Thank Merlin, he thought, but then genuine concern took over, and he raced from the room. He went to his office, grabbed his cloak and flooed over from the main floor fire. Snape had anti-apparition wards in his lab, so floo travel was the next fastest way to get there.
As soon as he exited the fire, he knew something wasn’t right. “Severus?” he called. “Severus?”
“Severus isn’t here.” Draco spun around to see Harry … was that Harry? … dressed in a very naughty little leather ensemble. Oh. My. God. Draco was salivating at the sight. “Harry, where’s Severus?” he said with a raspy hitch to his voice.
“Draco, I’m disappointed. Here I am, all dressed up with nowhere to go, and all you can think about is your old potions master. That type of thinking might lead to punishment, you bad boy.”
“But … but … I got called out --”
“Yes, yes. That was me, of course," he said with a wave of his hand. "Severus was kind enough to let us use his unique set-up in the back room.”
“What?!?”
“Relax. He has no idea what our plans are. But he was willing to give us a private ‘haven’ for our evening, since he does know how your boss works everyone to the bone.” Draco was speechless.
Harry advanced on him in a predatory manner, licking his lips and directing his attention to the blonde‘s obvious erection. “Mmm … speaking of which, there’s one bone in particular I’m interested in …”

Yes, I seem to have found something that I'm
obsessive aboutintrigued with enough to keep churning them out. I have plot bunnies going "completely mental" in my head at all hours of the day, and the only way to calm them down is to go with it.I suspect that I will not be able to keep up this pace, however, as I'm in editing mode with my book, and I've diverted enough attention away from it this past month. It has been a nice way to get the creative juices flowing again, though. I just can't seem to walk away from or ignore the challenges ... and then I find more ... and more ... *sighs*
