He knew the rules. Knew where the lines were drawn.
He and Draco had been together - no, they'd been fucking for months. But that was all. Casual sex. No strings. No feelings.
When things had changed, Harry didn't know, but they had. For him. And tonight he'd thought ... he'd been sure. They'd connected. Harry saw his own feelings reflected in Draco's eyes, and then ...
Stupid! What had he been thinking? He hadn't been. He'd only felt.
"I love you."
And in the blink of an eye, Draco was gone.
