And the seventh book? She was treated as a child or worse, pushed into the background while Harry and the 'grown-ups' (only a year older than Ginny) went about their business. Yeah, for a strong character, besides her remaining to fight - just like Colin did - she was left as this nothing character. Definite fail. Personally, I'd have been offended enough to NOT go sailing back into Harry's arms after that. *shrugs*
