It's bizarre - some people can open/read it, but others can't, and it isn't consistently whether or not the person is on my friends' list.

I'll wait to see if there's still a problem tomorrow - maybe it's another issue like they had the other day with the failed gateway business. They didn't acknowledge that while it was happening, only afterwards.

There have also been issues in the past where some users experience problems and others don't, depending on which server(s) their accounts sit on.
