Harry was poised above Draco, hovering on his Firebolt, looking for the snitch. For once the blonde wasn’t tracking his moves, and Harry found it a bit disconcerting. In fact, he found it downright distracting.

Used to having Draco nudge him, follow him, and generally try to divert his attention, Harry found that he could focus much better then. This … indifference was highly irregular. So much so that Harry found himself watching Draco instead of the snitch. Not good.

Harry always knew that Draco was an excellent flyer, but he hadn’t ever noticed -- really noticed -- just how elegant and beautiful he looked on his broomstick. The sun reflected the white blonde of his hair, almost daring Harry to run his fingers through it. Occasionally, Draco would manoeuvre just so and Harry would get a lovely view of his arse. And a fine arse it was.

Oh. My. God. What the hell is wrong with me? No sooner had Harry thought the words, than Draco was off and moving -- directly towards Harry. It took Harry a moment to realize what was happening, so completely caught up in whatever it was he had been thinking. Too late he turned to see Draco whiz past him and grab the snitch.

Shaking his head, Harry flew down to the ground and met his team mates’ looks of shock and dismay. Saying nothing, he decided to take a walk around the lake before making his way to the change room, not wanting to talk about the game with anyone.

As he entered the change room some half hour later, he heard footsteps behind him. He turned around to see Draco there. “So, did you like what you saw, Potter?”

“What?” Harry asked, not really in the mood for games.

“I said, ‘did you like what you saw, Potter’? You know, on the Quidditch pitch, when you were supposed to be watching for the snitch. You were watching something else entirely, weren‘t you?”

Harry’s face burned. “Whatever,” he said as he stopped at his locker.

“Oh, don’t let me stop you. Go ahead. Have your shower. I’ll just wait here.”

“What?” Harry asked incredulously.

“Or perhaps I’ll watch.” Harry nearly fell over, but settled for staring at Draco with his mouth hanging open. Smirking, Draco walked up to Harry, drew a finger down his arm, and leaned in to whisper in Harry’s ear, eliciting a soft moan from Harry as he did so. “I like what I see too.”

Quidditch gear is rather hot. They just need to get rid of those cloaks when they fly - not very aerodynamic.

For shame, Harry! Being distracted by a bit of arse! Ha ha ha! This was so adorable. I like it when Draco finally gets to win a match against Gryffindor.

Mmmm. *smiles* Very cute use of the prompt.

It almost wasn't dirty at all, but the last few lines saved it. Heehee.

Oh, look! Harry's mouth is open. What can Draco put in it?

I'd like to have heard Harry's explanation to the Gryffindor team as to why he wasn't paying proper attention to the Snitch...*snickers*

I love this. It is a nice change of pace to have Harry lost in contemplation and losing the snitch because of it. :)
