Summary: Merlin, it's hot, and the Ministry is taking its time getting the temperature under control. Draco, tired of waiting, decides to do something about it.

Where We Left Off
"Merlin, it's hot in here!" Harry grumbled.
"I've had it!" Draco announced. "I'm going to do something about this."
Harry rolled his eyes. "We've already cast Cooling Charms, Draco, and it's barely made things tolerable for more than ten minutes at a time."
"Well then, I'll just have to do something else." The gleam in his eyes should have concerned Harry, but he was just too hot to bother.
With a wave of his wand, Draco locked and warded the office door, cast a Muffling Charm -- Silencing Charms were disabled a few years back in Ministry offices -- and conjured a large bowl full of ice.
"Strip," he ordered Harry.
Harry's eyes went wide. "But we're at work," he pointed out, quite unnecessarily.
"And our working conditions are intolerable."
"But … what if we get caught?"
"It would serve them right, regulating the temperature and then screwing it up. Maybe they'll do something about it if they catch us."
"They're working on --" Harry's words were cut off with another wave of Draco's wand, as he found himself shirtless. He was about to protest when Draco captured his lips in a searing kiss.
Without warning, Draco removed an ice cube and began to rub it over one of Harry's always-sensitive nipples. All thoughts of complaint flew from his mind as Draco moved the melting ice cube to the other nipple, and Harry's twitching cock drained him of all rational thought.
"There," Draco teased. "Isn't that better?"
"Nngh," was all Harry could manage as Draco began nibbling that spot on his neck.
"Harry!" Ron's voice called, and banging echoed through the office. "Everything alright, mate?"
Harry blinked and returned his thoughts to the office and what they were currently doing. He looked at Draco, who was glaring at the closed door.
"Actually, Ron, I'm not feeling well at all. This heat's getting to me," Harry answered, grabbing his wand off the desk. With a flick, his shirt had returned and the ice disappeared.
Draco opened his mouth, but Harry prevented him speaking with a touch of a finger to his lips. He strode to the door and opened it to look at Ron.
"Shit, Harry, you really look flushed. Maybe you should go home."
"That's the plan. Do me a favour and let Kingsley know I've left when he returns. Oh, and Draco's coming with me."
"No problem. Will do."
Once Ron left, Harry turned, waggling his eyebrows at Draco. "Shall we?"
"I was having fun," Draco pouted.
"Mmm. Me too. That's why I sent the ice on ahead to our bedroom. Besides, there's all sorts of goodies at home. Like ice cream." Harry grinned wickedly. "I thought we could pick up where we left off."
