Hee! Glad you enjoyed that. Yeah, it's true, but it's also short-lived. Something like that can change your perspective on some things, but the overall My little problems are so insignificant feeling wears off after a while, and you find new (or old) little things creep back in, even if your view on that one issue remains changed forever.

I figure if I make a point of scheduling time to just kick back and not think about stuff, it can help. As a single mom, that's only once a month, but I made a point of doing it last year, and felt all the better for it. So I carried on my resolution for this year too.

Sometimes we need to be selfish ... if we aren't, we can't be much use to others, can we? *big hugs*
